If Halo 1 had achievements...

The title is simple enough. If you could add achievements to Halo 1, what kind of things would you like to see? You don't even need a whole list if you don't want to. I'm just a completionist.

Here's my list, avoiding multiplayer exclusive achievements as much as possible (not to say that some couldn't be earned in multiplayer, however). Also, out of some weird concept that I like, you can get half of the gamerscore by beating the game on the hardest difficulty by yourself. I do wish that I could've been more creative, though. I didn't get as many achievements as I wanted.

Sounds pretty good to me. Molst of those would be spot-on with what they'll probably pick if they do actually remake H1.

A few of my ideas (I'm too lazy to format anything.)

Allow Johnson to snipe 25 enemies from the warthog's passenger seat

Take out a Shade Turret from 100 yards away without being detected

Successfully eliminate every enemy in the first canyon on T&R without being detected

Capture the Beach LZ on Legendary without losing a single bar of health.

Steal the banshee at the end of AOTCR before the Elite can board it.

Kill every enemy in the first flood encounter on 343 GS withour firing a single bullet

Kill every Combat and Carrier flood form on the Library from beginning to end.

Pass the final canyon on Two Betrayals without killing a single enemy.

Successfully jump over the breach in the ship on Keyes.

Mingy, as reign said yours are probably what they would pick. O have come up wiu a few of my own. It's been a while since I played CE so I'll work on what I remember. Also I didn't know you could make it past the part of the destroyed ship on Keyes I thought you had to drop down. I tried everything. I guess there was one thing I missed

I'll add more as I think of them but I've come up with two so far:

Make it through the cafeteria on the maw without dieing

Make it through the library without using the shotgun

Blaspheme Quarantine- Don't let them lock the door on "Silent Cartographer"

Still got a lot to learn- Attempt to enter an unoccupied Wraith Tank.

Reunion Tour- See all three endings to the level "Halo"

Maybe they aren't faster - beat the maw on legendary with at least a 1:30 left.

Just made it - beat the maw on legendary with less than 10 seconds left in the clock.

Before the tank beat everything - make it through AotCR without the tank.

Just the basics - make it through AotCR with only the assault rifle and pistol as weapons.

After this topic, I'm almost wishing that there'd be a Halo 1 remake.

I want it remade also. Many (including myself) has said in the topic about it change nothing. Add online multiplayer and I'll be happy. All of the tricks and glitches (including not having an animation for the legs while throwing a grenade) and it will officially and undeniably the best game ever made.

I can't say that I would buy it if it was unchanged sans multiplayer (and adding a reliable XBL component would probably change it a lot, anyway).

Behind each Door waits further myriad treasures. The bounty is as diverse as the stars withing the heavens. But the gilded goal I seek is the most precious of all. Further Enlightenment.
